  • Thanks for posting. This whole concert was great! Loved Level 42 from day 1 (nearly played with them) and have played with Tony Hadley who is a really nice guy and a true pro. RIP Alan Murphy.

    Sadly this was Alan Murphy's last show- he died 3 months to the day from this gig- Oct 19th. God Bless you Alan, Sleep Well my friend x x

  • Thanks for posting, I was there, front row centre stage- I've been to a lot of concerts but none to beat this one,Joan Baez,Ladysmith, Swing out Sister, Mica Paris, Mike n Mechanics, John Farnham, Andy Bell, Alexander Oneil! Of course the house band was Level 42 and this was first night I met and bacame friends with Mark!

    RIP Alan Murphy(this was his last gig)!

  • Mark plays the hell out this one ,by far the the greatest back up band . The best looking basses for sure!! and of course sounding ,played by one of the best.

  • Great vid Nigel, thanks for this - the band really were on form that night weren't they? Shame though, I was hoping to see Kys Mach attempting the sax solo :( Does he play on any songs other than Heaven In My Hands and Lessons In Love during this concert? Thanks again anyway mate :) Btw, it'd be cool if you could tag Level 42 in this video :)
