Just a quick video about how to make your tattoos look transparent even though there isn't an alpha feature for all tattoos. Just make the tattoo's color match the skin and then make it darker and boom. Cheers!
For the default skin color, put x at around 15, put y around 149, and put shade at about 25. For the different skin colors just change the shade around or even the x's and y's.
x is around 15. y is about 149. shade is about 25. The darker the skin color, the darker the shade has to be.
