Stretching before a work out is pointless. You only stretch after being warmed up, do some running until your whole body feels warm, then stretch. Then, after working out where your muscles feel tense, SLOWLY stretch them again.

Hi guys ive got a question, why can i not feel¨the burn¨when i work out using 9KG weights, i can only do like 20, i do feel my arms burning after doing like 500 using 2kg tho..

good idea something to add to my abs workout routine.

When you do this stretch try to focus on the abs more and putting less pressure on the back, you don't want to go to far back just enough so you can feel the stretch without too much discomfort.
