@liferasta1 You know, it's a shame this compilation came out back in 2000, and until a few days ago when I heard one of his tracks on a You Tube wedding video I had never heard of Frank McComb, and what a shame! I think he is absolutely fantastic. My kind of music. I will run out and pick up whatever I can find of his work.

I would consider Frank more of a smooth jazz artist. I think that's the genre he would best fit into.

@snoopchewy1 yeah, thats more the direction he moved towards in later works, i remember hearing him getting interviewed on Solar Radio back when this album dropped, they were asking him about musical influences, was surprised that he never really cited any 80s soul as an influence, he was more into Hip Hop back then he said

Frank is the best!! Simply the BEST!! I still don't understand why he is not a NAME BRAND in R&B circles.....!! Just puzzling.....

@QBNYC525 RnB is more directed at teens while this is more of a mature Soul sound for the grown ups, I just cant see him on MTV in a video wheres hes singing surrounded by big booty models shaking there asses, im sure he wouldnt object to the booty shaking tho
