That wasn't a bass.. 6 strings, man.. And no, not a six-string bass either. The neck's too short and the strings are too small..

Actually it looks like a Fender Bass VI or a copy at least. They're alot shorter scale than a regular bass at 30". They're also strung with thinner strings
