you, know if were following charmed logic, chris couldve had powers from the womb too. his miniself just wasnt able to manifest them coz his 22yr old self was walking around ergo giving only future boy the powers. like how the COs werent able to use their powers in the past coz their younger selves were already using them....

@JuzJaded I was thinking that too! But, didn't happen when Wyatt came back..although he didn't 'time-travel'..he was summoned..like when Gramps is summoned, she has her powers (or is able to cast spells)
