Actions like these always happen in the lower class community where youth are searched on a regular basis on the basis of how they look or what they dress.

Here we see police officers abusing there power and falsely acussing the camera man of looking suspicious so they can search him because he was recording. You can clearly here the police man at the end saying "Why is your hand near pocket". this was used so they can search him for no reason.
