why do you think your chest is unproportional? I think this is beautiful. most men don't get their chest to be big. just keep it up, you will get it right. and you look fabulous.

You have long arms and a long torso, but there's nothing abnormal about your proportions; it's just a lot to put on lean muscle for your body type. Your conditioning is very good and you'll have future success. Diet is half the battle. Calories are calories when they get to your liver and other organs, but you can control the proportions of protein, carbs and fat to work best for you.
