This was the first song of the first album marking Sammy's return to a solo career, pretty sweet jab at Eddie and Alex's "take" on Sammy's departure. Great song too. After Gary Cherone got kicked out of VH he was in a band called Tribe of Judah and wrote a song called "Thanks for Nothing" that was a really bitter shot at Eddie!
