I Like how sturdy and clean your setup is using a flat-screen monitor rather than using cardboard boxes and clamping your laptop in some non-natural and potentially detrimental position. The only issue with using mirror is that you decrease the amount of light getting to your camera which degrades image quality. Good cameras and good lighting can compensate quite a bit for this. Glass is a much better option if you have a poor-mid range camera. You trade some reflectivity, which you can compensate for with a shroud, for better image quality. Peace. -Max
