Tabitha's Secret - Unkind

Tabitha's Secret was a band formed in March of 1993 in Orlando, Florida. It was originally comprised of lead singer Rob Thomas (later Matchbox Twenty), John Goff and Jay Stanley on guitar, Brian Yale on bass, and Chris Smith playing drums.Paul Doucette joined the band as a second percussionist. After the breaking up of the band in 1995,Tabitha's Secret published 6 other albums (1997,1999,2001 & 3 live albums in 2007)

Tabitha's Secret wurden 1993 in Orlando,Florida gegründet. Die Bandmitglieder waren Rob Thomas (Leadsinger/später Matchbox Twenty),John Goff und Jay Stanley (Gitarre),Brian Yale (Bass),sowie Chris Smith (Schlagzeug).Paul Doucette kam wenig später als zweiter Schlagzeuger dazu. Nachdem sich die Band 1995 aufgelöst hatte,brachten sie jedoch noch 6 weitere Alben raus (1997,1999,2001 & 3 live Alben 2007)

@thisdesertlife04 I think it was actually intended to be "Joan's Crazy" would would follow with "Dear Joan." The lyrics essentially say that what Joan considered "crazy" is a place he considers normal (a place I call my own.)

@belziebub I know this comment is 2 years old, but I'll explain anyway. People take on situations differently. Some passive, some aggresive etc...In this song he is saying it to justify himself for his "unkindness". In other words he is simply saying, I am hurt and everyone else should be hurting too. Don't take music so literal. Most artists leave it up to the listeners emotion to decide what it means to them. Rob Thomas once said that himself.
