i'm back at it again people. Trying to use a water fast to break bad food addictions for a more healthy life. I jazzed up the production of the video also. Sorry for showing off a little, that is what a fast is not about. I can tell you that this fast will become internal at some point. That tends to happen when you go without food for 15 days.

  • I do workout at the start of the fast, and as it progress I workout, but I just do it less

  • I like to add some far infrared sessions (full body dry heat sauna) to help in detox process (sweating, circulation, increasing diameter of capillaries, to help remove waste and bring in fresh nutrients to the cells that need them).

  • I also had a problem with the MC.

    I do like the green leafie vegetable smoothie (water and organic leafie veggie leaves blended together). Leaves from organic collard greens, dino Kale, or dandelions. The reasoning is that the greens are highly alkalizing, have natural fibers for sweeping the intestines, no calories(in line with water fast), have minerals and enzymes for regeneration/healing/detoxing.
