@damitmanable it looks like acne, cold sores usually look really ugly and gross. People who wear alot of make up and stuff tend sometimes have allergic reactions. Expecially with types of Lip make ups. My mom for example cannot use any type of lip gloss because she ends up with a bad reaction to it and it gives off bumps that look just like devs. So don't go assuming it's a cold sore.
