Bush really does speak like that and it's not an act. The only reason he got accepted to Yale was because of big poppa Bush.

What I love about him is that he makes no suppositions on how to solve the problems he presents. It's almost like he avoids saying for sure, "This is how to take care of this issue" because he wants people to understand the heart of the issue, at its deepest core, so that they'll make their own decision, and so that their decision will be more thoroughly understood and well-reasoned.
