Hehe well it wasnt actually an "impossible fold'. Dont get me wrong, I am not implying that he should have folded, but :
1) He got almost nothing invested compared to the rest of their stacks
2) His tells tell him he aint got it.
3) Judging from the movie, Teddy = DONK, so searching for a better spot is optionable.
4) Rough Play, AKA cheating possibilities.
5) Teddy did made a huge big ass bet, like 20 times the pot. (LOL)
6) Whenever someone is eating Oreos he or she always got it.
