Bane arrives in Gotham and blows up Arkham releasing the crazies (Joker) into the general population. Batman wears himself down apprehending them and when he's at his weakest Bane shows up at Wayne Manor and breaks his back. Had Ledger lived he would have been in this movie where he supposedly would die at the hands of Batman during a fight. This movie could have been epic, it still might be with Catwoman involved. She takes over crime fighting while Batman recovers.
