A ride aboard the last remaining Red Deer NFI D40LF #337 from 1994 (Originally there were two of these), with the 6V92TA two stroke diesel engine and the Allison World B400R transmission. #'s 337-338 were originally equipped with the ZF 4HP500 transmissions before being retrofitted in the late 1990's to the Allison World B400R transmissions. #338 was retired late in 2011. It is not known exactly how long it will be before #337 is put out to pasture.

  • Nice. I thought it had an HT748 at first.

  • @bigken6005 - Yeah I think the transmission was cold cause it didn't shift normally at first. Bus had just been brought out of garage at that moment.
