  • "doing 185 NO reps". If it doesn't touch ur chest it doesn't count, don't be a pussy.

  • yea thats impressive but don't lock the elbows. it puts stress on the joints and is a resting position. you get better fatigue on the chest if you do it all in one fluid motion but don't lock out!

  • how much can you squat,i can do 315.

  • i want to see you lift 200pounds or more next time.and 300 or more on squats
