  • The Shema has three names for God with three parts while the Rabbi pray with three fingers making Hebrew character Shin. The word Trinity is not in Bible, but the idea is. When Jesus said I am, it means self existing. Who did Adam and Ehoch walk, who did Moses see the backside, who did Jacob wrestle with. If God does not change, Jesus was and always will be, so when Jesus says he has a Father. Either he does or what is false?

  • The fact that Jews pray with THREE fingers does not prove the TRINITY or otherwise the Jews would of accepted the TRINTY but they do not.The fact that the idea is in the bible but the doctrine is not, shows you that the trinity is an interpretation and not a truth.Showing me that all those servants of God spoke and wrestled with God does not mean that the Son existed before with God. When in Jn.17:5 Jesus states that He was with Him before the world was He is refering to the WORD OF GOD Jn1:1.

  • The Son of God comes in to being only when Jesus is BORN as the angel Gabriel states in Lk.1:35" ....therefore..the Holy thing which SHALL BE BORN of thee SHALL BE CALLED the Son of God." saying He " SHALL BE " (Future tense). Therefore Jesus did not exist as the SON OF GOD BEFORE untill He was born out of Mary, but existed before as the WORD OF GOD (Jn.1:1) which is just the spoken and audibile form of tht being that is God, another manifestation of the same God whom is SPIRIT (Jn 4:24).

  • @2222pauline Since Jesus is God in Flesh, Jesus has to know he has Father or he lied. Oneness is false because Jesus said he had a Father.

  • The second principle of Judaism belief in God of unity. A one of unity would be compound one.

chabad org 2. The belief in G-d's absolute and unparalleled unity.

  • @SopaterTheBerean Sorry, your video has errors or the Bible does. You can choose. Jesus said "I am". "I am" is a name of God in Judaism meaning self existing. Using Exodus 3:14 to get the strong number 1961. 1a3) to be 1a3a) to exist, be in existence 1a3b) to abide, remain, continue (with word of place or time) 1a3c) to stand, lie, be in, be at, be situated (with word of locality)

Definations of words are true or you can define whatever you want.

  • @SopaterTheBerean What is theology? What church do you attend? Do twist or redefine words like Oneness believer? Do you know Hebrew?

  • @MrHellowwww1 Again, you can investigate the arguments I've presented and investigate what you've been taught, or you can completely ignore it all. I don't have to trade truth. I believed once just as you do believe. There's a big difference in reading your doctrine into the text and building your doctrine from the teaching of the text. I have no problem with those Scriptures you've posted as they cause no contradiction when understood in their proper context.

  • @SopaterTheBerean Well you can try to trade truth. The Bible is an exclusive truth. Only the Bible can make the conditions. We might agree on that. Jesus said in the name of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. J 8:48 he is making the claim of God or a crazy man since I know of noone who could prove they exist before they were born. Jesus said "I am" which is name of God in Judaism. It fits. One theme not an disjoint theme.

  • @MrHellowwww1 My logic comes straight from Scripture. God is described in many places as immortal. What does immortal mean? Please show me in Scripture where God says "only God can die and pay for sin." It's not there. Let's not go beyond what is written per Paul in 1Cor4:6. I have addressed "I am." Search to see the huge implications or just ignore it, but he is not claiming pre-existence as God, he is claiming pre-eminence, in Jewish language. Historical and grammatical context!

  • @SopaterTheBerean What you are saying a perfect man could pay for all sins at one point in time? Only God who is outside of time could accomplish that feat. The same logic applys to you as to Oneness. Jesus said he lived before Abraham, so he either lied or told truth. Who wants to follow a liar? Only God could live before one was born. I understands we are sons of God through the work Jesus did. Suffering does not make us perfect. We still have sins to pay for which is what Jesus did.

  • @MrHellowwww1 Oneness and Trinitarians can argue all day... both are wrong as Jesus never claimed to be God. You said, "Only God can pay the cost of our sins." That's vain philosophy. You don't find that in Scripture. Instead you find that God alone has immortality. ( Hint: He can't die.) Jesus was made perfect through suffering and has the same source as we do, thus if he is not the source, he is not God, who is the one source. We aren't brothers of God, we are sons. Read Heb 2:10-12.
