lol I love how you put it: It shows you if you're OVERWEIGHT or OBESE (2 things women never want to hear lol) but like one person said, it's better to hear it from a game rather than having your husband/parents tell you lol

any exercise will give you soreness. thats how you can tell its working. just make sure its just soreness and not pains cos then you will have to consult a professional.
