When tanning outside, the best times are before 10 o'clock in the morning and after 2 o'clock in the afternoon, as mid-day is when the sun is at its highest intensity. Always wear sunblock when tanning outside with information from the owner of a tanning salon in this free video on tanning.

  • The best time is around early afternoon, 12-4ish because that's when the sun is at it's peak.
