Oh, and that was only the smallish (compared to other areas of the mall) area where Plaza's (how locals call it) movie complex is located (S area, parallel to FDR Ave.).
This is 2.2 mill. sq. ft. (375k for JCP and ~ 300k for Sears) w/300+ stores on 60+ acres of land (75 incl. the other side E of the freeway). Quite a few American stores branches here are among their Worldwide Top 5 sellers (JCP, Sears, RS, TRU...) and has quite some exclusives (only Macy's and VicSec in the Caribbean...).
