Cooking does affect the nutritional value of food. In this instance, I am only warming it and not cooking.

Good stuff, Matt. Great to see you (a)live. Thanks for subscribing to RohesLeben (Raw Life), I created this new channel and will head towards the promotion of healthy LIVING foods, meditation, healing and my little clips, which hopefully bring out a sense of closeness to the true spirit. About your presentation: maybe you should edit in a cut and then show people how you enjoy the porridge. It seems a bit abandoned and forgotten on the stove back there. I want to hear you say: Yeah! YUMMY!

@QwertyNiji porridge should be easy to get full on. I recommend going on a parasite cleanse.

@XTheXDrumerX Cut out refined sugar, bread, meat and dairy and eat a plant based diet and the parasites will leave!
