Yes i admit i was wrong on the cutter. I had heard from what i thought was reliable source but i guess it wasnt so reliable. There must have been a week section between West sister and the shoreline that gave way to make the ice move like it did. All the guys that had atvs and sleds could have got off themselves if they would have just folowed the crack down 7-8 miles. I know of several groups that did that.

Well test and Kill if either of you even knew anything about ice formation and what it takes to melt it once it is formed you wouldn't be making your uneducated remarks. For both of you idiots the reason the ice moved was because of the 30 mph offshore winds that they had that day and not from the one day of warm weather. I knew there was a chance of that happening and that is why i chose not to fish there that day.

but 4 inches can snap off during warm weather. The fact that fishman doesn't understand it shows why all those fishermen got trapped, And he would have been out there with them. Funny how you can't make a comment on anything. Even if it's unusual like ice fishing, an ice fishing "expert" will show up to get you, LOL.
