The east coast makes us look like a bunch of pussies! Perhaps a detailed analysis of west coast demonstration and disobedience is necassary. We were deffinatly ineffective. What did we accomplish; nothing. why? i don't know. lack of numbers, experience, strategy, motivation, pain threshold?

This was my first protest and i didn't no what to expect. I was pretty dumb up there in the front row. Definitly learned many lesson and what NOT to do. Can't wait for next year!

@carpenter315 in order to be effective you need to know what you want to accomplish and have a plan for that... without you can't even say you were ineffective... A clear purpose makes it much easier to be effective.

I believe the beat down was a planned action on the part of the cops. the cops that was "hangin out" by himself BLOCKING the sidewalk... was suppose to be doing just that. That's my opinion after analyzing the hell out the footage before and during the melee.

I think it's great that people are aware of the position the IMF plays and the corruption that they are involved in. But the police are not the enemies. They are paid to keep peace.
