after updating my PS3 to version 3.01 this error in the playstation store is always appearing. What will be?

this is happening to everyone i think, sony screwed up update 3.01 and there is a lawsuit right now. they're trying to make us pay 150$(each person for their ps3) just to fix it but it's still being decided i think.
