Keep up the meditation, it helps ALOT. You will continue to be surprised the more you do it. I meditate at least once a day and thankfully! I just had all 4 wisdom teeth out and they couldnt knock me out so I had to stay awke the entire time!! If I wasnt able to put myself in the meditative state, someone wouldve gotten hurt! lol...Take Care!

I typed his name in the YT search, and all that came up was abusive video after abusive video. I know how it goes Lisa. I've taken more abuse since being disabled than I ever took in male dominated workplaces (where no man every dominated me - ask around). I'm astounded by the amount of it, and from the sources as well. People I never thought would be mean-spirited turned on me Lisa, and someone destroyed me in a way, what was left of my old life, he took all of that away. I'm sorry.
