@AlexAriev Not really, he just didn't realise that a toast cues the National Anthem. I'm British and neither did I. It's a triviality. Clearly, as the man is toasting to our Queen, he has little intent to insult her.

Well, as of January 2012, America's debt to the United Kingdom is 484 billion dollars. If we force them to pay it back now we could reduce our debt by 70 percent. So Americans should bow to our Queen to recognize how much they are indebted to us. :D
