  • You are really fantastic! Please let us see more :)

  • @voorf sure ;)

  • @MRUndrwatrhuntr Dear Boris, I am very impressed. Can you tell me how long did you hyperventilate before this record? And what is your time without any deep breaths before?

  • @voorf i did not hyperventilate, only the last three breaths or so...its 5:35 if you mean static with no-warmup

  • Wow, that was amazing control. I cannot believe you think you could have gone longer! It is very hard to fight off the contractions, you have strong will power. Have you ever tried full exhale apnea? Can you describe how you do "random unconscious apneas"?

  • @wizard1396 thx...yes and i did only 2:10 ^^....it happens when im very relaxed, or bored, i suddenly unconscious stop breathing and after a while i get the urge to breathe because of the raising co2 level, its like sleep apnea, the only difference is that im always awake

  • great

  • @MRUndrwatrhuntr thanks a lot for answering..can you show me that static with no-warmup...I can't find it. And one more question: how long does it take you feel comfortable in a no-warmup static, so at what time you get contractions in general?

  • when your first contraction ?

  • @inkjetje i dont know very much (one year ago i dint even know what apnea means) but i train a lot and i got addicted to it, i sometimes even do randomly unconscious apneas for a short time, kowledge is not the key of freediving, its enthusiasm ;)
