HOW TRADE LINES WORK TO IMPROVE YOUR SCORE!!
Ex: 529 (original Credit Score) + 5 AU (100 points worst case) + 2 Primary (60 Points Worst Case) + some credit repair (20 points worst case) = 710 Fico..((ALL WORST CASE))
BE AWARE THAT AUs take up to 3 weeks to post and Primary's 60+ DAYS!!!
TRADE LINES TO PURCHASE A HOME:
A) Be aware that banking guidelines are changing...some banks require a 660 Fico score to qualify...some 620!...so, ask your Loan Officer !
1- You need 3 OPEN accounts (2 Accounts that are 12 months old....1 Account that is 24 months old)...we can do this with Authorize User Trade Lines but you have to have a PRIMARY IN THE MIX.....if your client has a car loan or any other account that they have as a primary (something that he got for himself on his credit!) that can be very useful and all we have to do is add AUs to their credit!
PURCHASING A CAR, MOTORCYCLE:
1- Same thing as above...the only thing is that in order to get a good interest rate, you need to be in the 700+ category!
