@mukaikof Yeah the best HR for a person should be from 55-60-75-90 in there. And yes, if you have Brady when you are in your senior days, it can be very dangerous for your heart health. Most older people have pacemakers put in to correct that problem.

@wegettinarabmoney i heard the best heart pulse was 50-56 because that means you are in perfect health and shape. i know many athletes have a heart pulse of 30's and 40's but i heard when you get older and your heart pulse is that low it can be very deadly and dangerous. for years i really never payed attention to my heart pulse when i was younger, i didnt really notice it until i was 22, because i was hospitalized for Typhoid Fever and everything.

@wegettinarabmoney i have had 2 EKGs of my heart and an Ultrasound. 3 doctors looked at it and a cardiologist, im 6'2 about 140lbs (yeah im skinny)now my heart doesnt skip beats it just beats very slowly and i can feel my heart when i put my hand up to my chest. i dont have any stress or i dont get mad ever, i am very calmed and relaxed, that could be one reason to why my heart is slow because im so calm and dont get worked up over emotions.i heard the best heart pulse was 50-56

@wegettinarabmoney the thing is it depends from time to time, sometimes my heart pulse is 54 or 50, (any beats below 60 is considered bradycardia, and some days my heart pulse will be 44-49, i only jog maybe 2 or 3X a week. i dont exercise every single day because too much exercise puts too much stress on the body and it can lead to death or heart enlargement if you workout too much like every single day for hours. thats why many athletes or muscle bodybuilders die from heart failure because of

@mukaikof Hey there, Well it depends on quite a few things on the severity of the bradycardia. Alot of athletes who work out everyday at an intense level usually have a slower heart rate than normal people. They can see there heart rate dip in the 30's and 40's. Do you know how long the pauses are between your heart beats? I would say by just guessing, your young, you work out, and that your probably in good shape. Have you had an testing done to rule out anyting serious? ECG< EKG<ect?
