There are many techniques you can do using polymer clay. Today I will show you one of them. In my opinion it is the easiest and one of the beautiful technique. It is called image transferring. You can create earring necklaces, with any kinds of images. For this purpose you need image that was printed on laser print. Why on laser? Because ink will not wet and you picture will be perfect. You can use black white images or colors images..
Prepare clay. Take you image and put it face down on the clay. Watch carefully. Wet your image, after 2 minutes begin to rib the paper. Layer after layer.
Wet it again if needed. You will see your picture. Do it very carefully, without pressure.
Don't worry if there is still a little bit paper, after baking you can remove it.
Bake it, for about 5 minutes. I bake in the ceramic plate. After baking let it cool and glaze your creature. The work is done.

  • But if you bake it for 5 minutes it's not even nearly done o.O or do you use baked clay?

  • can the picture be in color?

  • Thankyou very much! I've only seen this done with liquid polymar clay, but this looks so much easier and quicker!
