  • Yes very god tip, listen to the body since it speaks to you.

  • This is such a profound tip. I know for a fact that I used to eat until I was full. After 20 minutes or so, I would feel horrible. My stomach would ache, I wouldn't want to move, and I felt really tired.

    Then I changed my eating habits to eating til I was no longer hungry, which in my case...was 2 servings earlier then if I ate until I was full. I have lost weight and am very fit these days. Chad this is a great tip! Thanks!
