Does anyone know what it was that Baez said to the prosecutor to make him say "No I'm not"? I can't understand what he's saying. I was hoping that Nancy Grace would say but she didn't.

Hell yes, and SOMEONE also thinks Diaz got a raw deal because if that wasn't the case, he would have already been sentenced. Baez's INCOMPETENCE and MISCONDUCT will allow another trial, and ALL Baez's PR person can say is "I hope he gets a new trial"?.. Ha ha ha! Well, what ELSE is Baez gonna say?.. Is he going to admit he screwed up?.. HELL NO! He's just like Cindy Anthony, she'll never admit she raised a murderess daughter either.

That turned out bad for his client. He is appealing based on the shady ass (IMO)lawyer he had. Withholding evidence, being friends with the judge.

Baez's ONLY case was the Diaz case, and we all know how THAT turned out.. Lol! Baez is claiming all of these "other" wins/losses when he wasn't even an attorney. NICE TRY BAEZ!

Funny. "You can't judge a lawyers success rate based on wins and losses" but he tookm on this case because if he wins it would make his CAREER. What he has tried one or two cases? He has a client trying to obtain a new lawyer because Baez withheld evidence and more, it all backfired and he lost the case and his client was found guilty. He was also being accused of being friends with the judge. What kind of lawyer hugs his clients as much as he? He was warned,slipping in a bracelet to his client

Say What. BOBO was practicing law without a degree. He need a lawyer for what? This is too funny. I wonder how many times he took the bar? I wondder if this case will turn into a case where the lawyer and client fall in love and marry. they are so much alike and do have much in common. IMO

While this is true, WHY would he CLAIM wins and losses if he says HIMSELF that you shouldn't judge a lawyers success based on wins/losses? Baez.. WHICH IS IT?.. Baez also says that the number one factor and guide is for people to "trust" their attorney.. WHAT!? Nevermind this lawyer has NO EXPERIENCE! Baez KNOWS that wins and losses ARE relative and THAT is why he makes these FALSE CLAIMS on his website's Bio. Pat yourself on you back Baez cause no one else will.

"Wins" and "losses" are "relative". But Baez said this "You can't judge a lawyers success rate based on wins and losses" and then he says that he can take a "win" based on a plea agreement (with NO involvement of a trial) he also says that even a "loss" can be construed as a "win" because the sentencing may be less punative then the original charge and punnishment.
