for my wrestling practice at my school we kinda do the same thing you guys were doing with the bag only we piggy back kids our own weight up 50 stairs instead of carrying weight on our shoulders, it gives you a beeter leg workout and it don't hurt your back and shoulders as much.

hey man whats up i have a question for you...what kind of vest is used when dragging that weight also, im trying to lose 15 pounds to get down to a lower weight before sesason starts any advice??

The boys wore my Army flack vest. So besides the weight the vest itselt weighs around 20lbs. I'm no expert but to drop 20 pounds obviously you have to diet correctly and do a lot of aerobics.. Eat small meal 5-6 times a day and change up your exercises so your body doesn't get used to doing the same thing everyday. I think the exercises in this video will help you lose weight while building strength and endurance.
