When you have head phones on does the symbols make a sound that isnt on the headphones that everyone ellse can hear?

i just looked up the dm6, and damn thats a stripped down version if ive ever seen one on an electronic drumset....they dont even have midi... you would have to record with the stereo out plug....i thought all kits had at least midi, and the dm6 is new.u could just buy a new brain/module...like the alesis trigger i/o. it has midi and usb ability. well worth it.
