Thank you for sharing your experience and of others; you helped clear up some myths about shelters in general thus a new perspective I never realized until now. I'd like to bring up points about emotional abuse that is silent dis-ease that police, counselors & peers often overlook not realizing the significant negative impact it has on survivors. Plus how survivors are to deal with PTSD. Thank you for a great presentation.
