  • @brenda.. Jay wasn't saying robbie was a bad or a good songwriter,in that way i would have understood your comment, he thought a part of the song wasn't suitable.I read a book and don't like it but i can't say it because i'm not a writer?,that's nonesense, freedom of speech went straight to the garbage!! I assume that you're not a songwriter either and yet you can give props to Robbie's songwriting,so people who don't agree with robbie know nothing about songwriting but people who agree do?,nice

  • My Lord, when Robbie sings Eight Letters and Pretty Things it is just a bit like being in heaven.

  • @StarP33 or as gary would put it "fucking ace"

  • their whole story is like a modern day fairytale... but an unfinished one. how it will end is the million dollar question.

  • @scamrasc about this point I totally agree with you... he has every right to say what he thinks.. ;)

  • @Kylie2102 ok i get what you're saying on that point and it may well be true (though i genuinely believe that no matter the size of his role, his role still matters), so we seem to agree in general, but i don't how that point relates in any way to the discussions on here where certain people blatantly said jason had no right to basically speak, as he was disagreeing with robbie. what i'm saying is, he had every right to, and to suggest otherwise (about any member) imo is wrong.

  • @scamrasc on the fact that he deserves to have his voice, I TOTALLY agree. everyone has this right. and like I said the other day, it's better that they say what they think, otherwise there would be a lot of hypocrisy among the lads..but the band decided to credite everyone in every song, no matter who writes and who not. so the fact that jason is credited doesn't mean anything

  • @Kylie2102 1. you don't know the truth. jay's credited and a member of the group and that's that. i don't know exactly how big his involvement would be but i know it's been said many times that he's actually quite good with lyrics - which i would well believe given how philosophical he is - and that he also actually plays an instrument (the guitar). 2. if he is part of a group then he deserves to have his voice heard. wasn't that robs complaint 1st time round?

  • I think they should release Flowerbed, but the complete song, with the parts that u can hear when Mark is speaking, and maybe avoid the 'electronic voice',I'm not saying the album version is bad,but I do want to hear the whole song,Jason does it very beautiful, and his voice suits it very well

  • Gary took Rob's side in the Eight letters' discussion :)

  • @welshjoe21 I think they're both great in what they do... and they think the same about each other, so
