@vaeringard Dude, the OC's tell that to everyone. It keeps the morale up.

My grandfather was the manager of the only M1A1 Manufacturing Plant in the U.S. in Lima, Ohio. He played a vital role in designing the M1A1 Abrams Tank and the Stryker. All of the soldiers out there who have dedicated there lives to being in combat to protect our country: Thank you. My grandfather never was in the Army, but he loved contributing to the lives of those who are.

@deucedfour I realize this. That's why I didn't say something like "WE ARE the best unit to have gone through..." because I know they say it to everyone if you re-read my post.
-
@vaeringard no offense but they say that to everyone....

U blow front four tires and you're STUCK. You get a track blown off on a M113, you throw down the other one, attach to the rear of another M113 and you get towed home. The entire operation takes less than 20 minutes.

How much does Astroturfing for the pentagon pay these days?

Only? that's overweight for a wheeled vehicle. Mowag Pirhanas are superior.
-
@YouNoop lol the sad thing is they do that too
-
@gosciu555 these vehicles can roll on just three of there 8 tires and cross country there is no wheeled vehicle in the military that is smoother and weighing in at only 21 tons fully loaded got to say not bad not bad at all

@AngelOfNight9 LoL no offense Angel, but the OC's told us that as well at NTC. I was part of 1-5 INF, 1/25 SBCT, out of Alaska, and they were claiming that WE were the best unit to go through the NTC, our security was top notch and knocked the socks off any other unit to go through.
But heck yeah, I loved being with Strykers. Can definitely take a hell of a beating. The only thing I prefer to the Stryker is an M1 Abrams.
