wow someone likes their power metal. all i can say is this person has obviously never heard of van halen, randy rhodes, stevie ray vaughn, oli herbert, zack wylde, jimmy page, the list goes on for a good 3 days. i'm not gonna say you need to branch out, but damn dude, branch out. this is the part where you get really aggressive over youtube and act tough.

@ipod13dude what about Zakk Wylde and Mark Morton and a whole bunch of others they're guitar playing is mostly based on pentatonic only diff between them and Page and Jimi is the shit load of distortion they have lol :P there is a fine line between rock and metal I think Page and Hendrix were somewhere in the middle if not slowly nudging their talented asses over the line

@SRbluecollarman jimi hendrix and jimmy page are not metal, stairway to heaven and voodoo child both have a focus on the minor pentatonic scale, which is used in blues... they are rock and they are good, RIP Jimi, but not metal

@IINoodlesII so not god like mate actually very basic. Theres a reason most guitarist in the beginning look up to hendrix and hammet for a while....til they realise "yeah these guys are really good. but definitely overrated.
