Help police identify man who stole cigarettes from liquor store

Police need the public's help identifying a man who burglarized K's Liquor on North Congress Avenue last month.
At around 1 a.m., on August 15, the man spent several minutes prying open the front door of the liquor store. Surveillance video shows that he then stole two large boxes filled with cartons of cigarettes.
He was wearing a black "Orange County Choppers" hooded sweatshirt and dark colored long shorts.
