  • Wonderful film. Is there anymore of this anywhere? I think at 1:10 when the train crosses over another line, that line is the old Watford Junction to Rickmansworth Church St line, now known as the Ebury Way path. Fascinating!

  • How did they make this? Presumably some poor devil had to stand on the buffer beam of a locomotive and crank the camera. Think of all that lovely countryside, choked with houses and cars...
