Setup is a little finicky. I don't quite have the timing down pat, but this is more or less a proof of concept. Seems really dangerous in the right hands.

This is actually, really old. The first time he was playable at the fight clubs and such people found this out with Deadpool, Viper, etc. While potentially strong it doesn't seem overly useful as it's not popping up in actual matches.
