Your point is valid, jbrabec22. Everything works both ways. I've been the creditor (landlord) who was screwed over by people who trashed my rental houses and disappeared in the middle of the night. I've been the "bank" who carried a 2nd for 3 different families who defaulted and walked away from me.

@RastafariPoet You might be on to something with cooling debt collectors from abusing people. No doubt, they're taking harassment to a new level. They INTENTIONALLY screw with people's lives. Thanks for commenting.
