This is a short video edited by me about 4 times World Discus Champion Kevin Brown.He runs a gym called Isis in Walsall, West Midlands.I hope you enjoy it and and appreciate the hard level of training which goes into this sport. There is also footage of Mr.Olympia 2008 which was held in Las Vegas. Keep a sharp eye out for famous bodybuilders. Enjoy.

I have met many people in my life but only a few of them are PURE inspiration. To me, Kevin is most definately one of those guys I look up to.
If I did not have financial commitments I would happily give up my job to work at his gym where I would follow him round picking his brains for knowledge.
Keep going my friend, you have all the attributes to be successful in whatever you put your mind to.

This guy keeps telling people about winning Gold medals but his fucking unheard off,
I dont think one even needs to Qualify for over 40s Masters or any of them, as long as your turn up & fit the age group you will win some medal because some times there is only a few competitors there,this is a fucking joke,just advertising him self,who the fuck is he??

This person was never a world champion in the discus... he may have been a master world discus champion but I couldnt find any results at IAAF (global track and field association that is in charge of world championships)
