1 cup cheak pea daal grind it in coffee grinder,1 cup milk powder , 2 cups milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup butter or ghee , 1/2 tsp cardamom ,few saffron, 8 to10 almond. Take a pan add butter and grinded chana daal or cheak pea daal and let it done on medium low heat for 10 to 15 mins untill milk is burn 75%. than add all other ingredients and let it done for 3 to 4 mins . let it cool down and than make roti
