David inspires me a lot. Just watching this guy makes me push myself a little bit harder everytime I exercise or whatever else I might be doing that is not related to exercising. Davids life mentality works on everything, really. A good plan and then push through the pain until you reach the finish line. No limits.

Videos like this make kids think that if they only motivate themselves they can do anything.. "Not positive.." Motivation: Pain.. haha i laughed at that one :D

Thanks for posting. Everybody keeps saying this guy is the baddest motherf$%er out there. I doubt there is a better all around endurance athlete in the USA. I'm glad he is on our side. USA!!!!
