Wow! Did they ever get it started? I confess, except for the smoke coming out, it doesn't look like any unit I have ever seen, but then I live on the US side of the pond. I was born over there in England though, but I wasn't there more than two years. I would love to go back someday. Mariah Rich

@nick7076 - Exactly, for any example of that, look at any American class 8 truck that's not been on the block warmer and started in the winter. Lots of white smoke.

how come smoke is white in england and black in america?

white smoke is atomised diesel due to poor combustion of a cold engine with no load on it. black smoke is due to excessive fuel when the engine is under extreeme load or where there is insuficent air due to turbo lag
