Surely you don't believe I am implying the UAC feature doesn't exist on Home Premium. Obviously I am speaking of the Local Security Policy feature.

I don't have a problem with UAC really, I mean the popup window doesn't annoy me. But it has now became slower like, when I start up my computer it goes to a black screen for 10 seconds then it comes to my normal startup. UAC has become slower, it takes awhile to pop up, I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO SPEED THIS UP!
