Spin repelling magnets past each other, circularly. Set a second set of repelling magnets up to spin. Both sets are stacked close to each other, close clearance in all the gaps, machined to be very rigid (important).
Run one set at 100 turns revolutions second (6000 RPM). Spin the second set at 107.8 each second (6,468 RPM). They mix to create a strong field node that coheres into the Shumann resonance --provided the two disks blend their fields in the same space. dem - portal.groupkos.com

Did you try to put a coil that catch the "dancing" EMF and mesure the current?

No, it wasn't my experiment. All this setup demonstrates is that something very interesting is happening at 7.8 Hz ;) I believe they are pc hard drive magnets. The coil is just a toroid pulsed with a frequency generator.

This is a great demonstration for us HHO-heads. Gives insight to something otherwise unfathomable at the molecular level. Appears you are hitting a set resonance. Very interesting indeed, this goes back into a lot of patents for cracking water into usable energy.
